Safety Reminder
Safety in our community is of utmost importance. We ask that everyone exercise common safety practices:
1) Be aware of your surroundings
2) Keep your car and home doors locked.
3) Before opening your door. Ask who is at the door. Open your door only to those you know or expecting.
4) If you are expecting someone, ask for identification before allowing them into your home.
5) If you see anything suspicious. Call the Police with 911.
Severe Weather Notice:
In the event of a hurricane, or other severe weather, the elevators in the buildings will NOT be in use. It is a safety precaution. Please use precautions as issued by Broward County. Evacuation routes and shelters are posted on the bulletin boards and our website. If you plan to stay in your unit or another in the building, please advise the Board of Directors via your Building Rep, email or call.
